0.0MG cares about your privacy. We therefore process only the data we need for (the optimisation of) our services, and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our products / services with care. Our privacy policy applies to the use of our webshop www.oomg.nl and the services of 0.0MG made available through it. 0.0MG is a trade name of Previtality Retail B.V. Wherever 0.0MG is written, Previtality Retail B.V. may also be read, and vice versa.

The effective date for the validity of these terms is 22/08/2026; upon publication of a new version, all previous versions cease to be valid.

Data processing

Everyone who uses a webshop leaves data behind on the webshop via their browser. In addition, the webshop places a number of types of cookies on your device. As soon as we store your (personal) data, we act as the ‘processor’ of your data. This means that 0.0MG is responsible for handling your (personal) data with care. Below you can read which (personal) data 0.0MG may collect, which cookies are used, what this data is used for, and with whom and under what conditions this data may be shared where necessary. We also explain how we store your data, how we protect your data against misuse, and which rights you have with respect to the personal data you have provided to us.

1. Personal data

0.0MG processes your personal data because you use our products and/or services and/or because you have provided this data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

• Name and address details
• Telephone number
• Billing / shipping address
• Email address
• Gender

2. Purpose

0.0MG processes your (personal) data for the following purposes:

• To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to perform our services;
• To manage and process purchases of products;
• To make this website function better and faster and to tailor it to your preferences.

0.0MG does this through the use of cookies and similar technologies, whereby a small text file is sent to and stored on your computer, tablet and/or mobile device when you visit our website. The information stored in it can be sent back to our own secure servers or those of the relevant third parties on a subsequent visit. You can disable the use of ‘cookies’ via the settings of your browser. However, this may result in our webshop not working as well.

3. Automated decision-making

0.0MG does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems without human involvement (for example, an employee of 0.0MG).

4. How long personal data is retained

0.0MG does not retain your (personal) data longer than necessary. Our aim is to destroy personal data as soon as we no longer need it to achieve our purposes.

5. Sharing personal data with third parties

0.0MG treats your personal data confidentially. We will never sell your data to other parties. In exceptional cases, 0.0MG makes personal data available to other parties, if they have been contracted by us and perform services for us, or if this is required by law. In certain cases, for example, we use IT service providers, media agencies, payment partners and shipping partners, who may thereby gain access to the system on which your personal data is processed. In such cases, these third parties act as processors for 0.0MG. In all cases, we ensure that these parties provide adequate safeguards regarding the privacy and security of your personal data.

6. Cookies

To make this webshop function better and faster and to tailor it to your preferences, certain data concerning your use is collected. We do this through the use of cookies and similar technologies on our webshop. A cookie is a file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone. We use the following cookies on our webshop:

• Strictly necessary (functional) cookies: solely to the extent that our hosting provider needs them to make the website work securely and properly. These do not contain any personal data and are not used to track you.

We only place analytics and marketing cookies after you have given consent via the cookie notice: Google Analytics (visitor statistics; Google Ireland Ltd.) and the Meta pixel (measuring the reach and effectiveness of our social media campaigns; Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Without your consent these cookies are not placed. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. 7. Accessing, amending or deleting data

Many cookies have an expiry date. If an expiry date has been set, the cookie is automatically deleted when the expiry date passes. You can also choose to delete the cookies manually before the expiry date has passed. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can also delete all information that was previously stored via the settings of your browser.

On the webshop

Via our webshop you can manage your data yourself in your account. You can view, change and/or add the following data:

• View, change or add name and address details;
• Change, delete or add a shipping/billing address;
• Change your email address;
• Subscribe to or unsubscribe from the online newsletter;
• View, delete or add favourites;
• View webshop purchases;
• Change your password.

Rights

• You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data.
• You have the right to object. This means that you may object to the use of your (personal) data by 0.0MG.
• You can send a request for access, rectification, erasure or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or an objection to the processing of your personal data, to info@oomg.nl. To make sure that the request for access was made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and in any event within four weeks.
• You have the right to so-called data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation named by you. 0.0MG is not responsible for the way in which the other organisation processes this data.
• You always have the option to lodge a complaint about the use of personal data by 0.0MG or if you disagree with our decision on a request for access, rectification, erasure or objection. In the first instance with us, so that we can learn from it, but if you are not satisfied with our response, then with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). 8. How we secure personal data

0.0MG takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised alteration. If you have the impression that your data is nevertheless not properly secured, or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service at info@oomg.nl.

We reserve the right to make changes to our Privacy Statement. Please therefore check our Privacy Statement regularly for possible changes to our policy.
